I was told that the reason why my car service was taking longer than expected was because the car was being washed. I know that not to be true, because when I retrieved my car the same bird poos that were on the windshield and exterior were still present and untouched! ????
First of all it was obvious that if you drive into the service area with a car that is not a Lexus that you will not get the quick attention as the Lexus drivers. I made an appointment and it still took 6 hours to get the paint protectant coating done on the Toyota Corolla I purchased from your dealership. I drove from the LAX area so it was a very long day waiting for such a service. Danny Mata was very professional and Isaac **** very helpful. But it felt that there was no priority to take care my car compared to the other customers.

Team Technician did not want to help service my vehicle because of rat being stuck in air compressor I had to take it to a detail shop who had a mechanic of their own take it out and sanitize the area I feel like that was something that could of been done at Lexus seeing how I get service done exclusively with you guys and had just picked up my car the day before for service repairs over 1200 dollars
Still I was wondering why a brand new car’s battery died and the technician replaced with new one

I was given a car that had stains on the driver side door when I signed my new lease. I was told when I bring in the car for the coating that it would be cleaned. It was not. Frankly regretting doing business with Lexus of Glendale. I won’t make that mistake again moving forward.
