I was indeed completely satisfied with every aspect of my recent service experience at Lexus Of Glendale. From the person who called me to alert me but by maintenance session was coming due, to the scheduling of the service and setting up a loaner, to working with Danny, the service rep, Who couldn’t have been more professional, courteous, helpful and thoughtful, I could not have asked for more. Denny was also helpful in discussing an alignment as well as fresh brakes for the front of the vehicle. Again, the whole experience was all I could hope for. A great experience.
He did a great job. The place was busy and it took longer than it should have but Edgar had little to no control of that.
He has given me a best explanation and follow up.

It took too long. There may have been a good reason. I must add—-I come to Glendale Lexus to have my car serviced (even tho I live MUCH closer to B H Lexus because you service dept is much superior
