Danny was the best service representative I’ve worked with since I purchased my car in 2017. He really listened to me when I explained the problems the car was having, and even helped resolve an issue with ordering a part that a previous representative dropped the ball on. His communication was speedy and thorough. I’m not going to lie, after my previous experience, I was considering no longer bringing my car here for service, but Danny completely turned that around. I cannot emphasize how great it was working with and I very much hope he gets extra recognition for his skills!

Great service. Great car. I've leased 3 consecutive leases at your place. btw Helen is a great sales person. But one disappointment. Lexus does not have CD players anymore. My next lease is now in jeopardy.

They rushed me back to return the loaner. I’ve never had an issue with Lexus before and I was in shocked that they told me they needed the loaner asap because they are short on loaner vehicles even though I had a family emergency where my mom had dislocated her hip and I was caring for her all I asked for if they could give me a week because my brother couldn’t come from Vegas the next day because he was finishing a job out there. I really wish this Lexus Dealership would’ve been a bit more understanding. I won’t be returning here for any service because of the fact that they weren’t compassionate.
Mitchell Seibert was very helpful anf knowledge. He has great costumer service skills and well communicator. I highly recommend him and look forward to working with him again.
