It was one of the best experiences I had at a car service. All the employees were very helpful. They made me feel comfortable being there.
Lexus Glendale service was efficient and professional. Free use of a Lexus rental while our car was being serviced made the experience convenient.
I waited in the customer service area while my car was being worked on. I didn’t mind doing this as I was working. I was promised the car at 11 AM. I was pleasantly surprised at 10:12 AM to receive a text that my car was ready and I should proceed to the cashier. I did so. Then I went outside to collect my car. It took 30 minutes until I actually got my car. My understanding is the delay was the notification was sent when my primary service was complete but the car was in the car wash.
Change in practice is necessary. The text to the customer should not come until the car is actually ready to be picked up. I wasted 30 minutes of my time waiting where I could’ve continued working. In the end, I got my car before the 11 AM promised time but I wasted 30 minutes.
The mechanic who assisted with my car was very helpful, but the advisor not so much.
The advisor was absent and did not provide adequate information regarding solution my questions when I was there to pickup my vehicle.
Jorge was fantastic. He went the extra mile for me and was very helpful and professional.
I’ve been taking my vehicle to Longo after this excellent experience I’ll switch back to LEXUS of Glendale.

It was an easy and smooth service. Well coordinated by service department.
Mitch was amazing, and he worked with me as best possible. The only thing that dissatisfied me was being told that my car had been driven, and upon being returned to me, the car had been washed in semi rainy weather, but there was no gas in it.
Mark is a great guy prob the best and one who really taking care have to come again to adjust couple things not working seat memory and bucke system noises
Jorge and Ivan were awesome. Attended to our needs and very courteous. The amenities provided to us while waiting for our car were topnotch- varieties of coffee, portos and the massage chairs were my favorite. Thank you Lexus of Glendale!
