I (Darlene H.Mays) am requesting an immediate update and the prompt completion of the repairs on my vehicle (2017 Lexus RX350).. I urgently need my car returned to me fully repaired today.I want to acknowledge the excellent customer service provided by Jacqueline Kleine. She has been professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout this process. However, I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with the length of time it is taking to complete the repairs on my vehicle.My 2017 Lexus was brought to the Toyota Dealership in Odessa, TX on May 13, 2026 for an overheating issue, water pump replacement, and hood air shock repairs. As of June 3, 2026, the work is still not completed, and I have not received any updates regarding the status or expected completion date. Additionally, When asked, I was not offered a rental/loaner vehicle. As a result, I have been paying out of pocket for a rental car since May 13, which has caused significant and unnecessary expenses. I was originally told the repairs would take about one week, but that expectation has not been met.This vehicle is my only means of transportation, and the extended delay has created a major hardship. Whether I can recommend your dealership to others is now a very serious question.Please look into this matter immediately and provide me with a clear update on when my vehicle will be fully repaired and ready for pickup. When I drop the car off for oil change I didnt have an appointment very rude I was told oh you don't have an appointment is going to take all day no how are you nothing ...I drop the car 10:15am picked it up 5:15p ....when I picked up the car I ask for next time where or how do I do to set up a appointment he didnt know what to answer...Anyway so educate your staff in what to answer when it comes to customer service they are more concerned about you having an appointment than anything else...so yeah hire people that are willing to assist the customer thank you....

The vehicle was returned with the OBD-II diagnostic port disconnected, preventing any scanner from being connected to the vehicle’s computer. Additionally, the issue with the vehicle logo was not repaired. We were informed that the vehicle would need to remain at the shop for approximately four days because it had to be sent to another facility for repair. Since the vehicle would be unavailable during that time, I requested a rental vehicle; however, one was not provided.

I have been taking my Tundra to get an oil change for years. On Saturday I was asked if I had made an appointment. I advised the gentleman that I had not. I advised him that I was a customer who had purchased the free oil change service long ago, thinking maybe that is why i never had to make an appointment, and was taken care of within an hour. He said reservations are now required and it would be three hours before they got to it. I told him I would have to wait inside for it as I didn’t have anyone to get me. I waited 4 hours and I understand reservations, but I would also think that you would understand loyalty. I will make reservations; and early from now on. Being 65 years old, I’m glad y’all had comfortable couches.
