Great customer service, had me laughing every time explained every recommendation from Toyota. They had a lift that was broken but got me in and out smoothly. She deserves recognition and reward for her efforts.

The only service I received was taking delivery of my new vehicle and returning later to have the window tint installed. When I picked up my car, the tint had not yet been applied, so I had to bring it back. Although I had a scheduled appointment for the tint installation, the service was still backed up by a few hours.

This has been, without question, the worst dealership experience I’ve ever had. Your dealership lied to me and attempted to overcharge me by approximately $15,000. I have documentation to support my claims, and my insurance company conducted its own independent testing that confirmed what I was told by your dealership was false. Instead of being honest, your dealership tried to take advantage of me. I was born and raised in Odessa, and I will be sharing my experience on my social media and with anyone who asks. I cannot recommend this dealership, and I will never do business here again. I hope others take the time to verify everything before trusting your service department. Picked up my truck this morning and had it fixed by 5:00 the same day for $600!
Very disappointed with staff regarding difference in pricing quoted and booked at the end. No explanation given Karen just wanted to argue and not provide any help in the situation.
