Asked if they could wash it and they did not
Even though I only went in for an oil change and tire rotation he seemed like he was very thorough and explained what else might be issues with my car upcoming in the near future.
It took an hour and 40 minutes to get my oil changed!
The tech didn’t check my tire pressures or if he did he didn’t write it down.
He didn’t reset the “maintenance needed soon” switch either.
This has happened twice now.
If, heaven forbid, my Prius needed significant repairs I would not have it done here. I don’t see much attention to details.

Zach did a great job. Got my tire pressure sensors fixed in the morning had to come back in the afternoon because my tires were not balanced. Not his fault.

I wish the service department would have told me that I didn’t need an oil change and to wait to bring my car in so I didn’t waste my last service before my warranty expired in a tire rotation. I feel very irritated about the fact I wasn’t taken care of as a customer.
Zach is the best service guy around, he takes amazing care of my car. I highly recommend your service department to my friends because of him.

Received excellent service to my vehicle. Danny Lopez was great at keeping me informed about my vehicles status. I will recommend Oroville Auto Center in the future.
