I dislike being told my oil cap was missing and don't worry we warranteed it out. If that was the case my truck would have been extremely low on oil and the inside of the hood and motor would have been covered in oil. Sound like someone lost the cap. Good try! My husband is a mechanic and I was a service writer. Not buying into the ****. Unfortunately this is the second time I was disappointed with your shop. I let the first time go because I drive over an hour to work in the area and it was semi convenient to use the dealer in oroville to service my vehicle. Not anymore. Miles is amazing and so is Ramon. Other than those two employees not much good to say.

Service was great! The one thing that really irritates me is something very basic but never the less irritates me to no end! I have a simple question…why is it necessary for the person who drives my vehicle to get worked on and then returned for pickup maybe 30 seconds at most have to totally readjust the seat? I’m not talking about just moving the seat back, I mean totally adjust the seat in every way! Not a good practice in my opinion. It does make me think why do we drive from Chico to Oroville for service!

The service to our vehicle was what we expected. We appreciate Oroville Toyota's staff, great service, transparency. Zach was excellent at communicating the process of the repairs made to our vehicle. We were disappointed to learn that our vehicle was not adequately secured and monitored overnight while in your care. Our vehicle was rifled through and there was theft from an outside party. Zach let us know that this had happened. We do appreciate his honesty and sharing of this information. Zach did try to make the situation right by us. However, we are still unhappy that our vehicle was not secured adequately. We've had nothing but excellent experiences with Oroville Toyota - so we expected that our vehicle would be well secured.

Why is your labor cost so low? The mechanic or technician or whatever he’s called must be living on a starvation wage if the labor cost is so low. But the entire experience for me was great and thank you.

I have been bringing my Saturn to Oro Dam Auto for servicing and repair for the past 18 years and over time have interacted with Danny on many occasions. He has always been honest, friendly, cheerful, easy to communicate with and thorough in communicating any possible immediate or future repair needs my vehicle may require. He's an asset to the company!

It took way to long for just and oil change and oddly enough as soon as I got up and said something my car was magically done. Rude just rude... people have things to do and I don't mind waiting for a job to be done but that was excessive and clearly someone was just not concerned with getting my car back to me.
