You guys actually did it! The last time the car was in for service, the tire didn’t get patched or tires rotated. We knew because the leak had always been in the front left tire and it didn’t move after the service. Finally done! Thanks.

The problem with the car was not addressed. We had a recording of what happened when we shut the car off however it did not duplicate it for the technician so they didn't figure anything out. Very disappointing on a new car with 2,000 miles!!!!!!

I had requested a tire rotation as part of the initial service request, but it was not done. Also, I am guessing that as part of the fix for the recall the miles per a full charge went way down? A full charge now supposedly will do 40 miles less?? Lastly in my previous experience with other dealers/service places they have washed the car. Which is a nice touch.

My car sat for 4 days without being fixed or barely even touched. Andy did not keep in touch with me on any progress. (I guess because there was none.) I actually caught him in more than a few lies. I love my car and am so sad that I can’t get it fixed. If there’s anyone there that can help me get it fixed in a timely manner, please contact me. Stephanie

Check in went smoothly and car was ready on time. I appreciated the Lyft ride home. When the car was ready I wasn’t offered a ride to pick up my vehicle. Nobody answered my text asking about it. I found a ride elsewhere. Other then that it was a great experience.
