Joseph was informative and personable. I appreciated being kept in the loop and felt supported throughout the process.
We were told out vehicle was ready for pick up. The window was not calibrated correctly. So, now we have to make yet another appointment. Take the time out of our work to bring it back. We were told we could leave it until Tuesday when the tech was back. So that would have been 4 days without our vehicle.
Our service was NOT completed.

In my opinion, these guys went above and beyond because they had first give us an estimate on a time of being finished with the car which is 68 weeks. I got my car back in three weeks way before Itje time they had previously promised.. this team of ourr to of this world workers… went above and beyond because they had first give us an estimate on a time of being finished with the car which is 6to 8 weeks. I got my car back in three weeks way before I expected, which is a huge surprise, which means a lot, and really huge in my life because I was borrowing somebody’s car didn’t have a rental didn’t have a rental but was borrowing somebody’s car so it felt good to know that my car was coming back and these guys went above and beyond to make that happen praise praise, praise planet hyudai, great great guys great set of mechanics my car runs great and I can’t be more thankful and happy than I am with this car. planet Hyundai… you guys rock!!!!

There were a few recommendations to get relaced (air cabin filter, air filter, windshield wipers). I did know about these until after I left your facility when I read the report that was sent to me via email. My question is why would these things been brought to my attention while I was still there and could had them replaced at that time. Now I have to make another appt.
Andrew was very knowledgeable, friendly, patient, answered all my questions. I live about 90 miles away, and was happy I made the trip. My experience buying the car at Planet Hyundai was positive, and working with Andrew was also very positive.
I questioned Raymond about the amount of oil my vechicle held. I had brought in my own oil and filter and thought I would be getting some back as I had in the past.
I forgot that in the past I had brought in 6 quarterly where as this time I had only brought in 5. Raymond checked with the Tech (David) and reassured me that the correct amount had been replaced... inbfact they had to add the .10 quart of oil that I had failed to provide this time
Raymond was a true professional in dealing with me. I did call him back and let him know that I had checked my past receipt and he was indeed correct on the amount of oil my Santa Fe held.
He also corrected the mileage showing on my invoice as his smart pad had not submitted the correct mileage.

When we first went in we did not feel like we were a valued customer. Somehow communication did not feel comfortable. When we picked up vehicle he was very accommodating and explained everything thoroughly. As we have some intermittent problems it was a difficult diagnose. Overall a first time good experience with your service department.
The service itzelf was good. The generated paperwork for the inspection was a bit confusing and it may have been better to explain it in person prior to me leaving.
