Didn't have engine air filter or cabin air filter replaced. I did it today and whoever put back cabin air filter shoved it in and was ripped.

My issue with the service department was their lack of availability of either a loaner car or rental car. The department has no loaner cars and would not have a rental car available for 20 days after my car was towed into the dealership for a total loss of oil due to the failure of a part covered under warranty. My car stopped running on a Saturday afternoon and could not be worked on until the following Monday. Fortunately, Uber was an option that I paid for myself to enable me to return home.

Everything was done very professionally and personally. The wait area is beautiful and well maintained. It is clean with snacks and water. Everyone made sure I understood what was done and they listened to whatever I said, making me feel cared for and valuable. Good job.

The service was ok but at time of payment I was unaware that a 2.5% fee would be added to the bill when I put it on my charge card. I was never informed when making this appointment that this was your policy!
