I was told 1 1/2 hours to put the tires on and balance since I was the first appointment of the day. My husband brought the car in at 8am and was told 2-3 hours. It was completely in 1 1/2 hours which was great. But when I go in to pick up the car 3 guys at the counter with their heads down. No one says hello, how can I help you? This is a recurring issue. No other customers around and no one acknowledges who ever walks into the service door. It is very frustrating to have the customer service staff NOT GIVE A CRAP! I just spent over $1100 and no acknowledgment of my presence or that I am a paying customer. I will be looking for somewhere else to service my car in the future even though this place is more convenient for me. The last time, 1/7/25 I waited 8 hours to hear from them that my car was finished after 3 1/2 hours. Tried to call several times, no one answered, left messages 3 times and no one returned my calls. Finally got through at 4 and got the, “oh, I just sent you a text “. Not happy.

No it was good! They only thing that I thought of just now is Ethan told me about $250. Which was true but it was actually 357 dollars. I would have just like for him to tell me the full price when I got there. Other than that I'm very happy! Thank you a lot! :)
