Just to be clear, the service was great! My only issue is what the car is showing afterward. It's alerting me that I'm past time for a checkin and it says the tire pressure is low even though the number shown is in the correct range.

Zack was helpful but i was disappointed that I wasn’t offered a loaner since the service included a check engine light issue. It was under warranty! Also, the time it took to get fixed was too long. Communication was somehow difficult such as no return to voice mails for more than a day. If this duration is normal, that’s fine but I expected better communication.

Given I live 5 minutes away, it would be great to have the option to bring the car in with an hour notice. The hold times have been very challenging for us.

Immediate attitude from the moment I walked in the door. I was told 24 hours when I made the appointment then was told Monday by Andy himself, and by Monday at 2 no one had even looked at my car yet. I was not offered a loner car for the extra time even though I asked for one. I had to use PTO to pick up my car and to have nothing accomplished and will now have to start from the beginning again. Everything issue I told Andy about when I dropped the car off was met with an argument or comment about how it would not be fixable which is odd since he isn’t the technician or had even looked at my car yet. I did not ask for free work I was simply there to have my car looked at after purchasing it and sold a warranty for such issues. His attitude was awful and typical car salesman. Not sure why the goal is to make sure every customer has a bad experience but at that he is succeeding. I have had multiple friends and family have the same experience with this service center.
