You seem understaffed. I showed up to my appointment time and was shown the reception area. I waited for more than 15 minutes for anyone to even ask if I had been helped. The gentleman who helped me didn’t have a clue as to how to do the job. Kept asking his co worker for help. Literally took 35 minutes to get checked in. The work was done well, but your reception and processing area needs serious help.

I have a $41,000 vehicle and the engine is knocking. I brought it in . It's still under warranty stated that it had to be driven to hear the hard knock. The tach drove it less than a mile . The employee handling the case told me the tech drove it 45 minutes. He flat out lied to me. My paperwork shows it had been driven less than a mile. You have failed to uphold my warranty and I am taking legal action against PLANET AND HYUNDAI. I should have just bought a ford.

Pleasant experience today. I used to have my car serviced at Arapahoe Hyundai, but their service let me down more than once. I hope we can build a trustworthy relationship with Planet Hyundai. Regards

Ethan was great - sadly, there was a nail in a new tire (less than 1500 miles on the odometer!). Not only couldn’t it be patched, but the quote for a replacement seemed higher than the marketplace for tires. I can’t afford to pay a premium price for a new tire.

I was satisfied that my oil leak was finally stopped. However the leak was caused from a previous oil change that was not cleaned up from the scrape pan sheild.
