Always great service from the team at planet Hyundai! I did notice that there seems to be a cap missing from the rear passenger door indoor handle. Could someone call me on Monday to see what options there are to remedy this?
1. My car is now making noise in the wheels after the alignment that it wasn't before and I have to bring it back.
2. I had additional service requests that they were unable to accommodate or look at during my appointment despite providing information prior to the appointment about the issuse. They stated they will not make appointments at this location for issues outside of service requests and it is first come first serve and this was for a simple windshield wiper issue.
3. No longer cars available -1 per day is not acceptable. But was Happy with the Lyft availability.
All staff I interacted with was extremely nice and helpful! Joseph finished up the process with me and got me out of there faster than expected!
Joseph was excellent! I left my phone in my car and he wanted to make sure that it was in fact in my car! He was very personable and attentive.
As always Ethan from start to finish made sure I was taken care of!
I'm happy about the outcome and fix, however I seem to have issues with the process/customer service. The employees are polite and nice, however, I was told that my fix might take the whole day (twice). So I stayed at work 3 hours later than I normally do. I didn't hear anything by 5pm, so I called and was told that they were keeping it over night. I'm upset that there was absolutely no call or communication when this was decided so I could make plans accordingly. I had to pay for my own ride share home. Most places provide a rental if it's going to be more than a day fix.
I appreciate that the ride back in from home was covered, but this could have been handled a lot better.
This seems to be a trend (lack of communication) as last time I tried calling my agent and anyone in the shop, and was told they would call back for 2 hours. Ended up going in and my agent was too busy to close me out and it took 15 minutes for any other agent to notice I was even there.
Don't charge double what the normal market rate is for a transmission flush and then try to charge me a diagnostic fee because I didn't want to pay your outrageous prices. Even the services I did get done were all on the upper end of what it should cost. Also I was told I would get a car wash and then did not. I might as well buy a new transmission if it costs $750 to get it flushed
Raymond was very helpful and professional with me. I liked his txt messages, as well as his courtesy call when I didn’t answer his txt info regarding a filter that needed to be replaced. I really appreciate his time helping with my car needs.
An oil change and tire rotation should not cost $150! I will take my business elsewhere.
I asked Ethan to be sure to tell the mechanic not to overfill the oil. When I came home, I checked and it was overfilled. This wasn’t the first time. I’m very disappointed ??
Did a great job, very transparent and informative
My only complaint, if you can even call it a complaint, I requested a car wash with my service, which they were quite happy to have done, but the job was not completed. The back end was not cleaned. There was still dirt and snow melt solution on the window.
Ethan was great. Got us through timely. Communication was great too.
