I left it in there from Friday until Monday and no one had time to look at it. I need my vehicle for work, so a better system of managing time and procedures would be helpful. I was told I was “in line for a loaner car, #21,” but there were loaner cars just sitting there. It is unrealistic to expect people to leave cars all week until you get to them. I’d be happy to bring it back at a scheduled time, when I can use a loaner or know when it will be done.
As I have mentioned on Google review. Your team is exceptional.Your service is Professional and personal. It is evident that you Lead mechanic is personally involved and takes it upon him self to make sure repairs are done well.One thing I would say would be nice. If the vehicle is going to need to stay over night or for a few days. It would be nice to have a text telling us so we can plan not having transportation for the timebit us in the shop.
Otherwise Your the best garage I have come across in a long while.

Technician when the one who was given the work is not available.
Technician diagnosed the problem incorrectly at first. This added to the time to complete. I did not receive proper attention.
Only one comment. I wish they would have called me with the findings on the point inspection they did. I would have told them over the phone to go ahead and take care of the 2 things that needed attention. Instead I came all the way back in to the shop to find out the results. I agreed to have the belt and spark plugs taken care of that same day. So I was Lyfted back to my house while that piece of the work was done.
Entrance was confusing, had to wait for assistance even though there were 2 employees that appeared to be doing nothing - one on her phone. I was a bit confused by the service I would be receiving. Asked for a oil leak to be looked into and was told I'd have to make a different appointment. After about an hour, I was notified a Leah had been going and would need to leave overnight if I wanted it fixed. I did abs was notified in the morning the car was ready. Was not told what work was was done, no video was sent, had to ask. Exit was confusing. My dirty car was brought to me. Covered in pollen and hot from sitting in the sun. Not impressed overall.

Was told the work would take about two hours and it actually took 3 1/2 hours. Other than that, it was a good experience.
The service we received was probably the worst I have ever had. I’m not sure there is anything to like about Planet Hyundai. The buying experience wasn’t great and now our first service experience was a complete failure. If someone wants to reach out we can get into details, but I doubt there is anything you can do to fix the relationship going forward
