Ethan was really kind and polite, he communicate with me about the process and how long it was going to take. As well he also contacted me with job was done.
I feel like the communication loop has been very poor. The time estimate I received was 72 hours but I didn’t hear back until about 5 business days. I was also frustrated that my repair was not done right the first time and I didn’t receive any empathy or urgency in the communication after having to tow my vehicle at 2am due to the faulty service. The overall experience has been very frustrating and I hope Planet Hyundai can make things right on this second try although I haven’t been very encouraged so far.
Had engine replaced. 5 days later fuel pump went out. Charged me to replace pump. Strange the pump went out with a engine replace five days prior. Told me unrelated. Hard to believe.

I was there nearly three hours for an oil change. The person who made the appointment said it would be about one hour, when I checked in I was told one and one half hours and then it took almost three hours. I had to cancel an appt because of the delay. I was told the technician had to go to lunch, so don't schedule an appointment if there is no one to service at that time. This was not acceptable. I had to go down and ask about the situation after two hours and fifteen minutes. More communication would also have been appreciated. I hope next time is much better. Everyone's time is valuable.
Joseph was very helpful. His calling me and explaining the problem was much appreciated m. We are very happy with the service and explanation of what is going on with my Palisade.
Mitch also did a standout job of making things right (during a tough time to have my vehicle go down) after a call center gave us miss information.

We already spoke with someone who called the other day. I related that we had an overall positive experience, but our maintenance minder was not reset, we didn't get a multipoint inspection report, and there was some confusion about the timing on one of the repair items we were going to have done.
I was taken care of. Told the additional service needed and was back home in record time.

I was told by another service adviser on my last oil and filter change May of 2023 that I had 1 free oil and filter change left, so I thought when I went in June 24 for service the oil and filter change would be free under the service plan purchased when I purchased the car in October 2017. Maybe the service adviser in 2023 didn’t know what he was saying. I wasn’t expecting the charge this time. I feel someone lied to me.
