I made an appointment to replace a fuse, dropped my car off and drove 20 minutes back home only to be called back because they didn’t have my fuse. Not very organized, and they wasted an hour of my time.
Found a nail in my tire and fixed. That’s A+ service!
Zachary was very helpful and thorough in evaluating what needed to be done on my car. I felt he was honest. I appreciate that he did not recommend any unnecessary services, and charged what I feel is a fair price. He was kind and the service went quicker than I expected.
When I dropped my car off and when I picked it up the representative assigned to me made know acknowledgment that I was there. In fact whe I picked it up he had a 3-5 minute conversation with co-worker

- Staff were very polite and welcoming, catered to my needs and able to switch my tires as requested, I really appreciate the extra work.
- unfortunately there was little communication about work that needs to be done - my air filter needs replacing per the inspection but no one discussed this with me, more importantly when my new tires were put on not only did they have very low pressure, and one was leaking, but the 2 front tires were extremely bald - upon a 2nd opinion from another company they said not to drive on them and to get them replaced immediately- I would have really like that communication from your team at Hyundai and mot another company and I subsequently bought new tires from somewhere else.
The Planet Hyundai Representative was pleasant and informative, but the trunk latch recall was useless, as (unknown to me) there had been a replacement latch installed at some time in the past and the recall was not relevant. No need to contact me further.

When performing the inspection, the technician incorrectly marked the washer fluid as full even though the car was actively displaying a notification that it was low. The fluid was not topped off until I asked. This makes me question if the inspection was done at all.
I was disappointed that the parts for a common problem with a TSB issued by Hyundai were not on hand. Now I need to return for another appointment to complete a small repair.

I just didn't think that asking to check my check engine light should take an additional 4 days. Other than that it was good and I apologize for getting so upset.
The idea of having one point of contact for service is ridiculous. The times I checked on my vehicle my service tech was on his day off. The part was on back order and took a while to get and nobody really seemed to be coordinated or knew what they were doing. Confidence lost
In this dealership. I was looking to buy my next vehicle here but I think I will look elsewhere.
