There wasn’t a lot of communication around what was going on with my car as far as updates and getting a rental car. I had to do most of the reaching out, which was frustrating. Everyone was very nice, but it was difficult not having a car for four weeks and I would’ve appreciated more communication that was initiated on Hyundai’s side
After waiting 5 minutes before someone offered to help me I was very frustrated at check-in. There were 6
or 7 people behind the counter chatting with each other or working on computers. Ethan did help turn around my experience by explaining things and being really professional for the rest of my time in the building.

It took two weeks to get an appointment then the appointment was two more weeks away. Then when I finally get in they told me I needed parts (they could have found that out the day I bought it). Then they said parts would come in 2-3 days, a week later my husband goes in and now they can fix next week.
Ethan made me feel like he understood my concerns with the smell coming from my car. He said it is better to have it checked and be safe for traveling. I appreciated his concern and immediate attention to getting it looked at. The peace of mind was comforting!!
I an oil change 2 weeks ago. Day after I noticed I had an oil leak (that was not present before my service). I was told my oil pan needed resealing. It's now a week later and I have another oil leak and will need to bring my car back in to get looked at AGAIN, taking time away from work for the 3rd time in 2 weeks. I'm not sure what's changed, but quality of service in the service department seems to have gone downhill in the past few years. I used to get videos and full notes of all of my multi-point inspections with my services, and I have not received one of those in a long time. Additionally, it seems there's a whole new team of service department service representatives every time I come in, which makes it seem less friendly.
They set the mileage wrong on the computer so now I have to drive 30 mins back tomorrow morning and have it set correctly ????????????????
