Zach was incredible!! I’m a single mom, so every dollar is meticulously accounted for in my life. I also own the car I brought in, and can’t afford for it to not be working. Zach was so reassuring, patient, sincere, and kind. Every time he checked in, he made sure I didn’t have questions. He returned my calls quickly, out with a text. I understood every charge on my final bill. It was AWESOME! I’ll be bringing my Santa Fe here until I need a new one. Then I’ll buy a new one here because I know I can trust this location. And I’m telling all my Hyundai owning friends and family that they should come to Zach and his colleagues at this location. Thank you for taking such good care of my car, and me!!

I brought my Hyundai IONIQ 5 in to Planet Hyundai to have the tires rotated at 10,000 miles. This is a complimentary service at every 5,000 miles during the first 3 years, or 36,000 miles. I was told they would need the vehicle all day, so I caught a ride the 12 miles back to my house.
An hour later, they called to say it was ready. I returned to pick it up and reviewed the paperwork before signing, which said that the tires were rotated "if needed". I told the Service Advisor that I brought this vehicle in specifically to have the tires rotated and wanted to know if they were rotated. He said that they were rotated "if wear indicated that they needed rotating".
I asked again and again if my tires were rotated. He answered again and again that they were rotated if wear indicated that they needed rotating. He said that the tires would have been evaluated and rotated on an "as needed" basis.
I said it had been 5,000 miles since they were rotated and that I rotate the tires on all my vehicles every 5,000 miles. I said I would wait or reschedule if needed but wanted my tires rotated. I got no where with this and left not knowing to this day if my tires were rotated. Before leaving, I even talked to the Service Manager who was in the office right in front of us and got only vague excuses.
Weird when it's a simple yes or no answer to the question, "Were my tires rotated"? And it should have never come to this. The only service guaranteed on each of these 5,000 mile complimentary services is tire rotation. Just rotate the damn tires or don't waste our time making appointments and bringing our vehicles in.

Ethan was very good. No issue there. The cost was surprising to me. Ethan told me up front, but the cost seemed more than double what I remember from my last service. Also, you guys used to prompt me when it’s about time for a regular maintenance check. Did you stop doing that?

Joseph was awesome! I've been back and forth with several different representatives over 4 months trying to get a warranty claim submitted. But, Joseph took the time in person with me to take photos of the car and submit the warranty claim right then and there.
Disappointing service, customer service was great but actual repair services have been subpar and they called me in twice to pick up my car when it wasn’t actually ready yet or had glaring issues (window not working and not aligned with the door). They had me sign off on services before they would bring the car around for inspection and twice in a row there were ongoing issues. I understand that things happen but this should have been done right the first time and edges into incompetence when you make your customer drive out to the dealer multiple times to point out obvious lingering issues.
Thanks for fixing my car in a timely manner. It is something Foundation Hyundai couldn't do in 2 months and you did it in 3 days.

Usually, after leaving the car for service, you call me during the day to report the status of the car. This time, I did not receive that call and when I called the staff person that took my car for service, no one answered or returned my request about the status of my car. The following day I had to call mid morning and the staff person could not provide a status of my car or when it would be ready. I was at an appointment at Anschutz and had to spend $45 to return home. I communicated to this staff that I felt very disappointed with the poor quality of service to me and I wonder what is happening with your company. This experience left too much to wish for. I hope you use this to repair the quality of service, the way it used to be. Thank you for the attention to this matter.
Been there twice for recalls, and check-in process is pretty chaotic. Wasn’t sure if I was supposed to stay in my car (there’s a desk in the driveway that says CHECK IN. but no one was sitting there). Then just had to wait because there was only one worker (Zach). Very nice guy! But wasn’t out of there until after 10 (appt was 945). Thanks!
