Ethan was wonderful. He was helpful and attentive. I did wait there for 6 hours though for an oil change and a replacement tire, and that did seem a little excessive. Ethan, though, did all he could and he was fantastic.

I'm now bringing my car back in for the sane thing. The check engine light is back on. This will be the 3rd time I've brought it to you, but the 5th time it's been brought in for the sane problem. We had it at Foundation Hyundai 2 times prior.

Every time I have been there, the experience is different. I was patient with the person in taking the vehicle because he seemed like he was new. I asked if tires would be rotated. He said yes. In the past, I have received a video of my vehicle from the technician with comments. In the past two years, I have only got a car wash once, yet it’s advertised with service. it would be nice to have consistent service and know what the expectations were when I was bringing my vehicle in. I had a 7 AM appointment and I got there at 6:50 and sat outside the doors. They opened at 7 and I went in and was told they would be with me shortly. No one was ready to work. The expectation is to be on time or early for appointments and it’s frustrating when you are and nobody helps you until after your appointment time. Looking at new vehicles and not sure Hyundai will be my next one. Customer service is an important consideration.
Poor communication and very disappointed in Hyundai corporate. I have owned Hyundais for 16 years and will never buy another one again.

It’s unacceptable to have a scheduled visit and have to wait almost 3 hours for an oil change. I won’t be coming back
