When I made the appt I was told 2-4 hours. After waiting 6 1/2 hours, from 10:00 until 4:30, I decided to ask if it would be done by close of business. They searched for the paperwork and discovered the work was done and I had just been sitting there for however long waiting and waiting.
I made an appointment for 2 recalls and an oil change. Waited 4 hours because I was told the recalls take time and the service dept was busy. At the end Ethan informed me that they didn’t have some USB recall software update on hand and couldn’t do one of my recalls.
Hard to believe that something like that got botched up. Now I have to make another appointment and wait more hours because Hyundai service can’t get their act together and tell me ahead of time that a recall can’t be done because of a MIA usb stick. Seems very unorganized and really no excuse here.
I don’t know who dropped the ball here but it’s not cool to waste my time and not let me know until 4 hours go by. Now I have to drive down 45 minutes, waste gas and time to get something taken care of that should have been done on this las visit.
Ethan was professional and nice to chat with, no complaints at all. The service manager should have a better handle what’s going on.

The service rep was friendly and efficient with getting me checked in and out once he was able to do that. He was also very helpful in assisting me in obtaining a new battery for my key fob. I have no concerns regarding my service rep’s performance.
However, there were not enough service reps to assist incoming customers so I had to wait quite awhile to even get checked in. This is a management problem and no reflection on the service rep. The oil change took much longer than expected or I wasn’t informed in a timely manner that my vehicle was ready. I had to go down to the service area to check on the status 2 hours after my scheduled appointment time.
There also needs to be a much better option for parking vehicles that are finished with their service. My car was blocked in front, behind, and to the right with very limited room to maneuver around them. I was grateful that the gentleman who helped with getting cars was present to help direct me out.
The remodel of the facility is beautiful. The customer waiting area needs more work stations with access to power. Otherwise it was comfortable and inviting.
Everything happened like clockwork and my car was ready ahead of schedule. I was very comfortable in the waiting area and the time pass quickly.

I never received an up date on my car. I had to call twice and had to leave a message twice. The person who took my call the 2nd time finally sent an email to my service rep. It took a half hour before he called me. It was almost to late to pick it up be for closing time at 6. I took my car in at 9:30 for a 10:15 apt. It was like they assumed they could keep my car. I work and I need my car to get there. I was supposed to have Zachary but Joseph Shirley checked me in today. I just don't get the non-customer service. I've experienced this more than once.
