Spark plug change was quoted as $350 by Drew on 2020 SanteFe. At the appointment record showed diagnostic on a Tuscan. After spark plug change price was $404. Than another 2% $8 was added for credit card. We were not given prior notifications to bring a check or debit card. Car would not be released until we paid $414 even though I asked if i could bring a ck to reverse the CC charge. My request was denied. Bottom line we were not given prior notice there was a fee for using a CC.bad business policy.

Ethan in the service department was excellent; this is my 5th Hyundai...great quality. The service department never tried to run the bill up. Good honest service.

I was not satisfied with my experience at planet Hyundai Even though I had a pre-scheduled service appointment that was booked in advance. The service technician threatened to keep the car over the weekend. The procedure that we were having done was a simple swap of headrests. I feel that that would take any time at all and given the fact that I had booked an appointment should have been a simple procedure. Nevertheless, I waited in the lobby for well over 2 and 1/2 hours.

I wish there was a loaner vehicle. I had to rent a car. I wish Andrew had returned my phone call to tell what was done to my Kona. Overall, I am satisfied with the service

The lid to fuse box was sitting on top of engine. It was not put back on fuse box. Windshield wiper fluid reservoir cap was open & liquid spilled out.

Ethan was great, Polite, informed and doing the best Could in the context of otherwise rigid and abusive system. Otherwise, the entire experience interacting with the service center was so disrespectful of my time. I can’t even believe it. I live an hour and a half away from your service center and my local shop diagnosed a problem with my car. Happened to be at the service center, and you refused to take a look at my car to change my diagnostic Evaluation to a focused service call. The idea that you need my car for 24 hours rather than eight to do a diagnostic evaluation is absolutely insane. The idea that I can’t have a diagnostic evaluation and a follow up repair with the same appointment is insane. I’ve never felt like my time was more disrespected than interacting with your rigid rules about scheduling. Basically, at least two days without my car and four trips back-and-forth from a small mountain town down to your dealership just to deal with what amounts to routine maintenance. Awful. On a previous occasion, I was told I needed to leave my car with you for three days just to get someone to listen to a noise in my steering column. Striking and unfavorable contrast to the service, my wife receives for her Toyota around the corner. Not really building brand loyalty.

The service that I received was 1st class!! Drew was super nice and very helpful, explaining that I could probably wait for the car and showing me your very nice place to wait!! The car was finished in time and I was on my way! Drew deserves 5*****, a terrific employee!

Everyone was very friendly, but I was told when I made the recall appointment on the phone, I was told it would take three hours, So I planned my day around a three-hour drop off and pick-up with a friend. But when I actually took the car in, Zach then said that they needed it all day, which complicated my schedule a lot. As it turned out, the car was actually ready in 3 1/2 hours, but no one called to let me know. Zach was my point person. After not being able to reach Zach on the phone, I had to go by the store in person to figure out if it was ready or not. And it turned out it had been ready for a while, but no one had bothered to call. I would appreciate a little bit better communication in the future.

I made an appointment for an oil change, tire rotation and recall. The appointment person said it would take about 2 hours and I said I would wait. Once I got there I was told they would need my car all day. That was unacceptable to me so I was just going to leave. The tech did say he could do the oil change and tire rotation while I waited. My problem with your company is that if I make an appointment then I shouldn’t be waiting at all, my time is as important as yours. Your scheduler needs to say that it isn’t an appointment as much as a place in the queue to get the work done. Very frustrating and now I need to make another appointment. And it must be common practice because the person in front of me was told on a Friday that her car may be ready on Tuesday just to get diognistic done.

I wasn't aware my appointment would be just to get in the queue and not a guarantee of when my car would be looked at. It was very stressful.

The tech left a bottle of cleaning fluid on the floor behind the drivers seat. It spilled before we discovered it and my car reeks from the strong chemical odor! Unequivocally unacceptable!
