I was very disappointed. When I dropped my car off I was never approached to ask if I needed help. In fact I had to ask if I could get some help. I still had to wait! Once someone did help me It took a very long time to check me in that I lost my ride! Very disappointed in the customer service.
Service advisors are really good at ignoring customers standing right in front of them. A simple acknowledgement goes a long way. Also following up with calling to advise the status of vehicle would be much appreciated. I had to call 4 times to find out what was going on with my vehicle. They told me it would be ready same day, I never received a call, called the next day then they tell me they'll let me know by end of day, no call, rinse repeat til I actually got the car back.

I don't know if you really want to hear my opinion but I left a very frustrated customer with no desire to come. I initially made an appointment for a 2013 Hyundai that I had just purchased from AutoNation Subaru because they didn't address the recall before selling it to me. I then had issues within the first week with my car losing power and not accelerating. I did appreciate what seemed like extra effort taken to replicate the issue. Unfortunately no codes were able to be pulled so the issue wasn't fixed. The parts needed to fix my recall also needed to be ordered so I was going to have to bring my vehicle back to be fixed. Within 3 days I had issues with my car again so we called and brought it back in that Monday morning. They found the issue because the check engine light was triggered after this rounds event. I was given the quote to fix and informed them of the protection plan and that it should cover the cost. There was minimal communication over the next two weeks. The final communication was that the part hadn't even been ordered. We gave up just said forget it. I was very disappointed with the lack of communication and the amount of time for nothing. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to my friends or family.
