I received a coupon for $49 Oil Change, so I brought my Santa Fe in to Planet Hyundai for the first time, instead of my regular dealer. They performed a 'multi-point' inspection, with video and write-up and recommended $1500 of work including rear brakes that I had just had replaced by my dealer on the last service, plus all new tires, even though the inspection video and written inspection report documented that the tires have plenty of tread. When I addressed the facts to the service manager he said "well this is one of our more trustworthy technicians, so I think he probably saw something to make him recommend new brakes, do you have proof of the brake replacement?" I do. And I will never return to this dealershio. Especially, if the other technicians are less trustworthy than the one who showed on video and in writing that the 'recommended' services are not needed. Then, on top of everything he rang up the full charge for the oil change and did not apply the coupon that brought me in to begin with.

First oil change. Next day had a big oil stain in the garage under my car. Had to take it back the next day. Thanks for the hassle for something so simple.
