Great customer service answered all my questions & conerns
Zach is always nice, but having one agent that can answer my questions proved to be extremely frustrating. I brought my car in at 7:30am for a simple software update for the recall. I called at 2pm when I was suppose to get out of work and instead of answering about the progress on the car by the answering agent, they transfered me to Zachs voicemail. I left a message and didn't hear back. So I called at 3:30pm, working late since I couldn't go home without my car. Again, the answering agent would simply help answer, they said they would send an email. Again, nothing for over an hour. I finally got a simple text just before 5pm saying the car was done. I had to call to setup the Lyft ride there. I finally got to the dealership at 5:30 and I was going to be late to an appointment at 6:30. I stood at Zachs desk waiting for him to finish assisting the previous customer. It wasn't until I got on the phone with my husband to help me make my appointment that someone else finally noticed me waiting and assisted me. Everyone was super nice but the process your company has with making it so difficult to communicate with the customers made me so late to my appointment I ended up having to cancel. A simple software fix shouldn't have turned into an 11 hour ordeal. To this day, I still don't understand why it took so long as I was never able to discuss this with Zach and apparently nobody else is able to help me. Please change your policy...

Overall my experience was very good. I recommend moving forward that when a Service is scheduled that the individual assigned to that service as well educated on that particular vehicle model. This seems to be especially important with electric vehicles And the necessary, new knowledge that comes with those. Thank you
There was two problems with my car. The first was the windshield wash. An easy fix. Second, the back lift gate needed new power lift supports and needed to be ordered. I asked to have the windshield wash assembly fixed. Give me my car and call me when the supports arrived; I’d bring the car back in. The tech said he wouldn’t do that, company policy. I was without my car and had to make arrangements to travel until the supports arrived and installed.
Zachery was very helpful to provide guidenance on maintenance. I am on a budget and he gave good informstion on how to prioritize my car's needs.
