The Hyundai team was very professional and friendly.
I wanted to get a DTC that originated before I took delivery of the car to be cleared. This should have been cleared before I received the car. Apparently I have to schedule another appointment for that which I will do. There is a discrepancy between Blue ink and the dealership. Ethan did fine and I hope he will be who I work with next appointment for the DTC.
I've always received professional and excellent customer service from Planet Hyundai in Golden-- from Yahve (on your sales team) and from Ethan (on your service team). They're patient, knowledgable and so very courteous. My first service visit yesterday went very smoothly and was completed in less time than I would have imagined... so very important since I live in Aurora and need to wait while is completed. I remember Yahve patiently walking me through the AVN system at the time of purchase and Ethan taking time yesterday to retrace the steps to check when my next service will be needed. I think you have fabulous teams at Planet Hyundai in Golden, and Yahve and Ethan are the best!

Drew was amazing. Extremely communicative and attentive. I appreciate his help and the video the mechanic sent. It’s still be a tough experience, buying a new-to-me car and having so many issues right from the beginning though. I do appreciate Drew’s willingness to help and fit me in. The only negative experience at this time is having issues with a truck I spent several thousand dollars on in less than 500 miles. Hopefully it’s the end.

Joseph Shirley was the Best! He assisted me with my Sonata after Drew was unable/unavailable to proceed with my case. He had previously worked with me when I brought the car in for the recalls (6). He explained thoroughly what work would need to be done and explained future work. I truly appreciate Joseph and Drew's courteous behavior towards me.
Joseph was such a pleasure to work with. He showed compassion when my car broke down and was fantastic at communicating next steps and what step of the process my car was in. I have friends that go to the Arapahoe Hyundai and I raved and spoke so highly about Planet that they are going to use Planet now in the future for any services needed. Thank you so much Joseph!!
