I’m bringing my vehicle back in tomorrow. The liftgate did not work when I got home with my car. In addition, while trying to troubleshoot my Bluelink that is not working properly with the 800 service, I ended up damaging my vehicle with my garage door.. My fingerprint was not functioning today after I got the vehicle back and I noticed my seat and mirror settings also reset. I believe there is some sort of bigger system error causing my liftgate issue. No not happy.

We came in for an oil change and your dealership did not reset the oil life reminder. Zack was also not present when we picked up the vehicle.
I asked for them to do whatever the car needed and they didn’t change the engine or cabin filter, but then marked it down that it needs to be done and they recommend it. I would have liked if they just completed it in this visit or asked if I wanted them to at least.

Very poor service. I left my car in for three days and they said they couldn’t find the problem. The same issue happened with my car 12 months ago, they know what was done to fix it then and wouldn’t do it this time. I will never return to planet Hyundai For service Or to purchase a vehicle for that matter.
