I have been doing business with your service department since 2007.. Until recently, I used to receive a washed car on completion of service.
I understand if the weather is inclement why it would not be washed. However, my service this week did not have inclement weather, and my car was not washed.. If you Changed your policy I would appreciate knowing it. Car wash is a service. I appreciate one of the reasons I return to Planet Hyundai

My car was returned to me with an outstanding issue that made it undriveable for any extended period. The car was returned to me at 2:00pm and I had to bring it back to the dealership the same day at 6:00pm because the car will not maintain operating temperature, indicating that the thermostat has likely failed open. This is something that should have been caught by the technician before the car was returned to me.
Twice now I have been treated right by Planet Hyundai. Right now I completely trust your dealership and service.
