Ethan and the team were wonderful. I had a quote for $475 at Utopia Tire in Frisco where I live for the exact same brake job including new rotors versus the $600+ I was charged at Planet. I’ve been a loyal customer since purchasing the great car from Lee Payne back in 2015; our family’s 3rd Hyundai. I anticipated better pricing for such a straight forward procedure. Lesson learned. Ethan is very responsive and wants to help with issues. It’s unfortunate that corporate won’t do anything when an advisor and a technician both agree there is an issue with the vehicle.

The communication throughout the whole process was incredibly lacking, specifically from my service associate Andy. I am happy with how quick the service was, and the fact that it was covered by warranty, but the fact that I left half a dozen voicemails without getting a single response is very disappointing. I will not be returning as long as I can help it, and I will not be recommending this location to any of my friends of family.

I live about 45 miles away from Planet Hyundai in Golden. I purchased my '23 Sonata from this dealership because I received excellent service for my '06 Sonata for years. I've had the same experience with my current Sonata. All of your staff and technicians are well trained, knowledgeable and professional and your service process is streamlined. My experience today with Andy and Raymond was fabulous. Kudos to each of them that they were willing to consider my thoughts on the issue I was having with my vehicle.

My comments on this experience won’t fit into a box. My car completely died on a Saturday night. I called emergency roadside assistance Sunday morning. They weren’t great. Said I would have to call back the next day for a tow. I called the tow company on Sunday. Explained I would be flying on Monday. They said it would not be a problem as long as I left keys, etc. I communicated with the tow company Monday morning. They said they would pick up in 90 mins… they said I had to be there… then I talked them through what I had been told. Then they contacted me again and required that I send payment info… I thought my car was in the shop by Monday afternoon and was planning it to be serviced while I was away BUT learned late Wednesday that the car wasn’t towed until WEDNESDAY -and would not be ready on Friday. I then changed flights because I couldn’t fly home to be stranded with no car… then called to arrange an after hours pickup on Monday (which Zack told me was possible) only to have someone else tell me I could not pick up after hours (I was coming g from the airport). I finally talked this other person through the plan but it was a struggle with really poor info every step. Not to mention the fact that my car died out of the blue (and is now fixed but this is worrisome for me!!) Zach is great. Nice guy But the big picture doesn’t work. Everyone contradicted each other and I had to keep coaching the process to be able to get my car back. It was a tough experience.
