They installed a HEPA filter on the car. I mentioned to Zach that I left the discount coupons your company mails me at home. He told me they wouldn’t apply any way. When I checked when I got home, I had recently received a 12% discount coupon for “In-Cabin Air Filter Replacement” Not a big deal. When I have my Volvo serviced, my service manager looks for any way to add a coupon to my bill.

The tires I had asked for were not ready on my service date and I left my car o er the weekend and they still had not arrived on Monday. I live 3 hours away and this was my only chance to get snow tires in Denver.

The battery was dead. We had to drive to Costco to have it replaced & then put it in while it was getting dark. We were charged for an unnecessary oil change due to a clerical error on the previous appointment which I had agreed to based on the misunderstanding. What does the 4 wheel drive picture mean on the dashboard? The lights still come on occasionally when we turn corners or travel over rough roads @ $151 repair. Is there any reason why you would feel satisfied with this service?

The incorrect tires were put on my vehicle even after I sent a text message that morning, before ever arriving for my appointment, specifically asking if the exact tires I chose were in stock. I was told "yes we do have the tires here". Then I checked again when I dropped off my vehicle because the price seemed off to me AND explained again why I had sent a text asking about the tires. When I picked up my car and the price was yet again even higher than when I dropped it off, I thoroughly looked thru my receipt to discover the wrong tires were placed on my vehicle. Additionally, it was argued with me that those were what I ordered when I talked with the service team, which was impossible because I never spoke with the service team. They NEVER returned my message that I left them on Saturday when I scheduled my appointment. That was the whole point of my text that morning and me confirming the tires when I dropped my vehicle off. The woman who scheduled my appointment said she was placing a note on my appointment indicating which tires I wanted as well, but those instructions weren't followed either.

...his treatment of me caused me to go out in search of an independent repair man. He will be doing the replacement of the tranmission gasket tomorrow, and I won't be looking back. Thank you, Andrew, for releasing me from a 15 year relationship with Planet Hyundai.

Drew made our situation a priority. He and his team got the job done early and gave a nice loaner car while the repairs were being done. It was a huge convenience. Drew also communicated with us very well and kept us in the loop as to timelines and Work being done. We appreciated his stellar Professionalism and taking care of us and our car. We have been using Planet Hyundai for service for many years and the service just gets better and better thank you, Drew, for what could’ve been An inconvenient situation, pleasant, and resolved quickly.
