The service people were very helpful and nice and I genuinely appreciate them acting quickly on the service. My complaints are more towards Hyundai than the particular dealership. I was annoyed that even though my motor was damaged, Hyundai wouldn’t do anything with it since it still passed the bearing test. The only thing with the dealership that I wasn’t too happy about was you guys trying to sell me a PVC valve replacement for $300. It’s a $20 part that I changed in the parking lot in 5 minutes immediately upon picking up my car. I understand you gotta make money but that’s excessive to bill an hour of labor for that and upcharge excessively on the part. Despite this I still liked coming here a lot more than Foundation Hyundai. I’ll never buy a Hyundai again, but I’m sure I’ll be back for service here when the motor does kick it from the resulting damage despite only having 52k miles on it.
