The work that was done on my vehicle was completed in good time. I payed for the work & was told a young lady would be bringing my car. Fifteen++ minutes later it was finally thete. Plus 2 others were waiting for their cars. Hyundai might want to have more than one car attendant.Thanks!????

They never call when they said they would. I called and had to leave a message with the general manager just to answer a simple question. If someone says I will call you at the end of the day they need to do that. Terrible service

Honestly, he basically accused me of lying about buying an extended warranty when I told him I didn't recall being offered one. His exact words were "No, you were definitely offered one when you elected to buy the GAP coverage." I didn't sau I bought it, I said I ALWAYS buy the extended warranty as well as GAP when offered. So I was honestly surprised I didn't have one. Then the service people or mechanic, lost the chrome cover to my key for and tried to blame the tow truck driver. I was quoted 1890.00 to fix a hose and ultimately I had the car towed to Jaguar and they are fixing it for 980.00. And they replaced the chrome cover to my key fob as a courtesy. He did give me 20.00 off of my 175.00 diagnostic fee. So there is that. He needs to work on his manners. I haven't ever been talked to the way he talked to me. This is my son's car. I could've paid CASH for it. But I financed it so my son could make payments on it.

This car is the first service check at 8000 miles, and I’m so happy to have found your facility. I bet Andy at the service counter and from that point on was treated first class. I am sold on becoming a steady customer and I have two Hyundai palisades And please thank Andy for me

At the check in I reported to the rep that the car when starting in cold weather would make a screetching noise for few seconds. The rep said that in such case I had to leave the car for at least 24 hours. I reiterated that the noise would come up only in a very cold weather like Breckenridge where I spent the winter and not in a weather like Denver, so I suggested to check the tension of the distribution belt just to make sure, but he answered that they could have only a visual check, I answered that the visual check was made already last March for the 8,000 check up and the problem was still there, so I asked again to check the belt tension as it was the only way to verify that at least there were not any mechanical/motion issue, but he answered again that the only thing they could do was a visual check. At that point I realized that was a mute point continuing discussing with a deaf or not cooperative person and let it go. As I expected they changed the oil and the car was ready to go without any feedback to me regarding the "visual" check and the problem is still there. Now it is the second time I service the car with you and my trust in your reliabilty is very low.
