Had my car serviced and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. While I initially went in for routine maintenance, I encountered multiple issues that reflected poorly on your attention to detail and customer service.
First, after having my cabin air filter replaced, I immediately noticed a strange noise coming from the blower motor. Upon inspection, I found debris left in the fan area, which was likely a result of your careless work. This was frustrating but manageable compared to the more serious problem I discovered next.
After the service, I realized one of my rear tires was missing a lug nut. This happened after you rotated my tires, and you somehow let me drive away without all lug nuts in place—an alarming oversight that compromises the safety of my vehicle. When I brought it back to get fixed, you corrected the issue, but no additional compensation or effort was made to address the inconvenience and risk I had been subjected to.
This experience left me questioning your quality control processes and your commitment to customer satisfaction. For a service center that claims to be professional, these types of errors are unacceptable. I will think twice before returning and would caution others to double-check their work if they go to your service department.

You communication has been excellent, however, the rattle/creak issue we for which webrought the car in was not 100% resolved.
Service was not done. There was some issue with my prepaid service plan and courtesy service not being accepted. Big waste of my time.
