Kept my car for 6 days. I had to call twice to get any updates at all during that time. Failed to understand the issue as described. Didn’t solve the issue.
Drew was respectful, courteous and professional. I felt that he really listened to me and showed a willingness to satisfy my concerns. I wish I had purchased my Ioniq 5 from Planet Hyundai instead of Mcdonald Hyundai just from my experience with the service department and Drew.
Mr. Rosewell was a true gem to work with today. He was kind, professional, and patient when helping with a situation with my vehicle. He provided his contact information, so I could ask follow up questions during the day. I hope to work with him the next time I service my vehicle.
The most efficient and fastest service appointment I’ve experienced. One small advice is to keep in mind that most of the time customers have had to make changes to their daily schedule to bring in the vehicle for repairs or service, that in itself should be taken into consideration when scheduling rides to and from dealership.

I made an appt. to bring the car in for a checkup. When I got there I was THEN told I have to leave it for 3 days. I scrambled for a ride home. I called on Saturday morning, day 3, at 833am. I was told they are bringing the car around to start working on it. I then called at 2pm to which I was told no work had been sobe on it. I told them I need it but 4pm at this was the Saturday before Christmas and had been out a car since Thursday. I show up at 4p. No work had been done on it ay all. I will never be back!!! How can you be so very inconsiderate on such a big holiday. If I had not called I would have had no car at Christmas! Heartless, rude, inconsiderate! Never again!
This was actually my poorest experience with your service. For some reason your text with the results of my inspection came 90 minutes after I had already paid and left. It included one item I might have considered doing and one item related to alignment that I thought was already happening. It was confusing compared to normal. Plus I did not get the car wash included in my package.

Raymond was great. Vehicle was done sooner than expected. Also charged it up to 80 percent and ran it through the car wash! Was not expecting that. Nice bonus!
