Billy provided grade A customer service and was very thorough with helping me understand the services that were needed for my vehicle. The warm greeting when I arrived set the tone and made me feel valued as a customer. The scheduled maintenance was extensive and the loaner vehicle was much appreciated. I wasn’t just given the keys and sent on my way but he gave a brief tutorial of how to operate the newer features so that I was comfortable.
