I was very pleased with the service I received from Manuel. Manuel was very thorough with explaining what services would be done. He offered to clean my car during my service visit. Manuel was very polite and professional.

Eirik was extremely helpful. I had become very frustrated after having my car in 3 times for the same issue and being told there was nothing more to be done y one of the service technicians. When I called Eirik, he stepped right in and made sure the problem got solved. He worked very hard for me and kept me in the loop the whole time. He should be commended!

Was told appointment would take 2-2 1/2 hours and It took 4 hours.
I was waiting but my husband finally had to come switch places and cars with me so I could go to work.
Also, car had alignment but the print out I got said everything was aligned except for the right wheel. Not sure why that wasn’t corrected.

My treatment and the service this time around was absolutely fabulous. I was kept appraised of everything that was going on. I even got a video of what they had done to fix my vehicle.water that brush too.
