The was an oil drip that I noticed immediately I got home. But I was able to bring back the car a few days later. Other than that, I was happy with everything else.

I am so happy with the Service provided for my new 2026 Lexus GX550. The entire service staff was so kind and helpful. I never felt rushed or manipulated to make a decision on a vehicle purchase. They also are repairing the transmission on my older Lexus ES350. They were very generous with lending me the loaner Lexus for many days. You will not be disappointed with your experience at Lexus of Colorado Springs dealership. A Shout out to Reagan McCoy and Ancel James for their kindness and personalized service. A big thank you to Manuel Martinez for keeping track of where both of my vehicles were in the service queue.

Here are the reasons I am dissatisfied. 1. For the last 2.5 years I have had tire sensor issues with a notification in my car that it is malfunctioning; every time I bring my car in for service this gets blown off. I authorized a diagnostic and was once again told that they couldn’t reproduce the problem and they reset everything to factory recommendations. 2. When I restarted my vehicle at home, I received a notice that maintenance is required. Go to your dealership then I noticed that my sticker for service was not updated. It still shows the 55,000 and the April date so it leaves me wondering how thorough was the assessment on my vehicle.

People are competent and friendly. Scheduling needs help. I’m disappointed in the wait time for service. Should I really have to wait three hours for switching out snow tires and getting them balanced? If my appt is at 8:00 why was it at least after 9 am before work started? Perhaps there’s a more efficient way to schedule to reduce the wait time for customers. Thank you

I dropped off my car for an oil change and tire rotation at 4:00pm on 4/23 and it was still not ready at 10:30am on 4/24. I was told that they needed to have synthetic oil ordered? I booked my appointment in advanced, so I'm not quite sure why that happened. I live in Denver and drove down to have this appointment, because I have a service contract agreement with a sister dealership (Honda of Olathe, KS) from when I purchased my vehicle. The service members could not figure out how to honor this contract and my services were not completed. So I had to reschedule for this upcoming week. Everyone was friendly, but I was pretty frustrated at the situation as a whole. I have previously worked with Eirick and he was GREAT as far as my situation is with the service contract, as well as keeping me informed/updated.

I was there for a 5000 mile maintenance. I waited 2 1/2 hours which i thought was a bit long. The service advisors very very polite and helpful.

Waited 2 hours for a tire rotation-said it would take 60-90 minutes tops. It was an Asian gal who checked me in. I went to the counter at the two Hour mark and after about 10 minutes she drove my car around. No apologies. The service I’ve had there the last two times has been ridiculous.

There was an issue with the repairs made to my vehicle, Billy Bailey confirmed it with me, and personally was involved in rectifying the issue in a prompt and expeditious manner. He is a wonderful and personable service representative, and Lexus of Colorado Springs should be lucky to have him.
