Nothing special or crazy to report. Overall we thought the service, people and facility was fine.
It took a little bit to figure out what was wrong with my car, the squeaky noise was very hard to detect, but the persistence of the team paid off and they were able to diagnose my car successfully and remedy the problem to my satisfaction. I am very happy that my car is fixed and they got to the bottom of it.
My experience with Roberto, other Lexus personnel, and Lexus overall, could not have been better! Professional, efficient, respectful and friendly! Roberto gave great reminders and directions. I loved the car drop off, loaner pick up, and car return process! I'm in my sixties and first time using your Lexus Service Dept. Honestly, best car repair service experience I've ever had! Absolutely Top Notch all around!

Communication was strikingly lacking during this entire episode of service. I dropped my car off at an 11 o’clock appointment for my 60K mile service. I was advised that this was a big appointment and would require several hours to complete and they recommended that I get a loaner car which I took. It seems that once I took the loaner car that I was moved to the back of the line. My car did not go into the shop until 3 PM and they were not able to complete the service on the same day. I called to check on the car, but I could not be given an update on when it would be done. The next morning, I still have not received an update at 10:30 AM so I called to sort out when my car would be complete as I had scheduled appointments that day and would not be available to pick up the car past 12:30 PM. I was told my car was nearly done, but they could not guarantee that it would be available at 12:30 PM. I was able to pick up my car at 12:45 however, I never received the inspection report. This is not the service that I expect from Lexus. It is also not the service I have received in the past from Lexus and I was fairly disappointed in this interaction. I relayed my frustration with Billy when I picked up the car and he apologized profusely. I hope that I do not receive similar frustrating. Service in the future.
