Everything was performed to my satisfaction; no issues. On a different note your upholstery chairs in the waiting room are not comfortable. They would be great if they did not have those pillow cushions on them; then you could sit back and relax. As they are now they don’t allow one to sit back into the chair. Everything else is great!!

I have one comment to share. We can all agree that Lexus is a luxury brand. While I appreciate the automation of text and email communication regarding my service, when I am waiting for my vehicle, sitting just 20 feet from the service representative, I think that the service representative could walk over and let me know my vehicle is ready. A text is nice, but when I buy a Lexus I expect a little more personal treatment. Also, it was my first service visit to a new dealership and no one explained where to sit or what snacks/drinks were available.
I went in for headlight initialization which take no more than 10 minutes but your tech was not through and did not perform the headlight level. Which also doesn't take long to do specially when he had the diagnostic tool connected. So for the 200 dollars 5 minutes work at least be thorough. On Contrary you can spend more time inspecting the car on what other services can be done. Just doesn't sit well with me.

I had an unusual situation. I bought a Subaru from you, but it came from Heuberger. It had a problem with it, but everyone at Lexus did everything they could do to help resolve it. I was very pleased with all the help and concern I got from Lexus.
I was sad that the Good year tires for 85k miles was not reported it was not in stock .
Jay proceeded to give the price of mechillin tires for same price but less mileage of 65K
I truly feel cheated

So the workers are ready to provide realtime info to customers

Jay Stevens was extremely Helpful, and answered many and all the questions I had for him. I couldn't be more pleased with his knowledge of how the systems in my vehiclei worked.
