Vy was great. Kept us informed and very pleasant and consumer oriented. She is a wonderful addition to the service employees. Roberto and Billy were also involved with our vehicle issue and we're also great. We have always had good experiences with the service department.
However, as for the actual service, we had to bring our brand new vehicle in three times (we live 50 miles away) with a loaner each time overnight or longer before we finally got a new tire. They never found the origin of the tire leak and apparently lexus would replace the tire only if the dealer provided proof of the leak even though the first time it went down to 23, second 27 and third 29. I thank the dealership and Rachael for trying their best and eventually providing for the cost of a replacement tire.
The other problem encountered is we have the tow package but need a 7 pin instead of 4 pin. It seems Lexus has the part for RX, NX, UX etc but not TX so we have to get it put on by an outside mechanic. We had no problem with service doing it for the RX we had before purcssing the TX. Again, this is not the fault of the dealer or service.
The loaner car was smoked in and it was dirty

Poor communication regarding delays, drop off concerns not addressed at pick up, poor quality washing of vehicle----- there should not be streaks on windows, service odometer not reset as it usually is. I would not address these issues with Robert because he was not there when vehicle picked up
Brought our vehicle in for a standard of 100,000 mile service. We were provided a very nice loaner car however we had difficulty getting the diagnosis of our vehicle communicated back to us. The service entailed coolant fluids and an oil change. You had the vehicle three days, with multiple calls to see how we handle the loaner car, as we live in Pueblo West we are very grateful to have the car. However, the communication back to your customer certainly didn’t reach the five star rating you’re striving for.
I was disappointed when I found out that the tires I had arranged to be installed were sold out from under me and I had to use a loaner car and come back 10 hours later to pick up my car.
Vy was very friendly and professional. I enjoyed working with her.
Eirik Kins and Billy are so amazing! They both truly listened to my concerns about my vehicle and what services I needed. Eirik was in touch with me during the day with updates , and that was so appreciated! I definitely would take my Lexus back to them. I feel totally comfortable with this dealership.
