This was actually the best experience I've had. And I've been coming here for years. Even though my car did have a water pump that went out Vy, the service manager, and the technician all handled my situation with honesty and care. The replacement ended up costing less than I was quoted. Most places probably would've still charged that amount but Lexus didn't. That really impressed me and instilled my trust in the dealership and service dept as a whole. I won't ever buy a car or take a car for maintenance anywhere else.
The customer service is great when it comes to kindness like miss V and Sergio. When it comes to organization with your schedule you **** DRY!
What was supposed to be a 90 minutes became a FOUR HOURS deal and this is not the first time you take forever! So, I will do whatever I can to avoid going there.

The personnel were all very courteous and friendly. My only complaint was that it took 2.5 hours to install some mud guards and locking wheel nuts. The service manager made it right for my long wait and I left a happy camper.
