Roberto is always extremely courteous, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile for the customer. Unfortunately, the actual dealership has got everything priced so high it doesn't allow people on a fixed income to get their vehicles repaired. Therefore my vehicle still does not run and I will have to figure out some type of alternative. Again, A plus for Roberto's service and expertise.

Philip was awesome to work with. I misunderstood something on the texted quote for a repair. He patiently and quickly resolved the issue to my complete satisfaction. Philip was very detail-oriented, checked many options , but most of all was pleasant to work with. I don’t normally go to a dealership, but I brought my car in for an oil change. I found the costumer service was excellent. The dealership’s purpose, as well as, Philip’s is that their costumers are completely satisfied, which I have been on every visit. A very positive dealership experience. A refreshing experience from other dealerships. I highly recommend this Lexus dealership. Tony

Terrible experience and a complete waste of 90 minutes driving back and forth from Castle Rock. He knew I was planning to wait for the vehicle based on his original time estimate then upon arrival he could not commit to me being out the door in an hour to an hour and a half and due to work commitments I did not get the vehicle serviced. He also should have reviewed with me what work was going to be done and what that work would cost instead of me getting blindsided upon check in

The first advisor I spoke to, before Anthony, when I dropped off the vehicle was borderline rude, unhelpful, condescending, and would not listen to my concerns. I was interested in a GX550, since my GX is completely paid off, but not one person attempted to speak to me the entire time I was walking around the lot and showroom. Disappointed in the dealership and probably will not return.
