I think all of my tires should have come out of your shop with the same air pressure in them. The tire warning indicator light is still on in my car. It said on the service sheet that a complementary wash and vacuum was requested and that was not done.

First time at this location and worst experience. Paid $2500 for the work and most items not done: part not replaced on driver’s seatback, vehicle dirty despite paying for full detail, battery clamp with battery acid despite battery replacement. Also found an unknown removed part laying in the vehicle…who removed it and for what! Your team had my vehicle a full week and they didn’t do the work I paid for and didn’t do a good job on the things they attempted to do. I’m not sure how to trust your team at this location.

Requested four things when appointment booked: 1. 30,000 mile service. 2. Dealer recommended service. 3. Check low tire indicator for one tire that was inflated with regular air versus nitrogen 4. Detailing. Only 1 &2 were completed according to the exit paperwork.
