On the day of service four people were before me. One customer walked before all of us and received service. Robert recommended factory 30,000 mile service with out explaining each service to be completed. Since I checked on line before my service I agreed on the recommended service. It took 4 hours to complete the service. The Thec servicing my lexus texted me and recommended a wheel alignment which I didn’t need. I declined. While making payment Robert did not go over the service items with me. I had a low tire light on and I was expecting him to tell me it was corrected. Snake we empty and the coffee machine did not work. No out of service sign posted anywhere. I informed the attendant and he stated he knew it didn’t work. The service at the old and new location regretfully were sadly less that I expected.
