Everything was excellent with my service appointment today. A loaner car was offered, but the service was done so quickly, I didn't need it. Philip gave me a tour of the waiting area so I had. a very nice cup of coffee and was able to read and answer emails while sitting comfortably in your waiting area. I received updates on my vehicle, and when service was completed, Philip walked me out to my car, removed all the protective paper and made sure everything was good with my washed and very clean vehicle. Thank you!!!

As always, wonderful customer service! I mixed up my appointment date, and actually came in a day later than scheduled—and Robert was totally understanding and fit my vehicle serviced despite the mix up. He was gracious and kind, informative of the services rendered and required.
