This was my first service experience with Lexus as the car is relatively new to me. My impression was it took a bit longer than I tbought it would. Especially when they told me the car was getting washed ( which took over 30 minutes)

I actually had two autos in for service — our RX500h FSport and my older Lx470. Philip was able to check on the status of the RX left the day before, so my wife could arrange to pick it up, and took care of arranging minor fixes and an oil change on my LX. He was very knowledgeable and made good suggestions for the routine maintenance— great attitude! I was pleased with the overall experience.
