Phillip was very attentive. He kept me informed of the progress, he let me know the valet key may not be accepted as a new subordinate key. I asked for a quote for another Lexus and he got back to me about that.

Robert did an excellent job. We were very happy to have him as our service advisor. He was cordial, friendly and knowledgeable about our vehicle and getting it serviced. When I had questions about the invoice numbers, he readily answered them and explained each of the entries.
