10k service was fine. However I contacted dealership 500miles before service was required to inquire about having parts ready for a squelchy breaks service bulletin ($80k gx550 sound like a piece of crap every time I back out of my driveway for 1 yr now!). I was told the parts are kept on hand and could solve 10k service and breaks in 1 visit. Then I called for service appointment and was told no way they would have to see the car and THEN order parts forcing me to come back again. This after complaining about breaks at 5k but no solution was available at that time.
