Horrible! $13,000 into a Car that Doesn't Run for more than a week. No liability on Lexus. Owner refuses to call back. Ok.

Robert was fantastic. My only issue is that when I cam here back in April I'm certain my oil wasn't changed. Got notifications 100 miles after I left I was already due for oil change and filter replacement. When I arrived today I asked for someone to please vac to get the sunflower kernels that came out of the jar. I was also asked if I would like the car washed. They completed the car wash. But didn't vacuum. This almost verifies my assumption on the oil change in April. I had just spent 623.00 dollars and walking out the guy not Robert. Says it's 179 for full service. You have to be absolutely kidding me. That is Rude and lacks the knowledge of customer service. Not sure I'll be back at this location.
