Not a very good experience today.. my vehicle was already under warranty and they wanted to charge me $319.00 for the oil change. Finally they realized there should be no charge. This was my first time to the Service Department and was promised a loaner vehicle and they told me they didn’t have one and told me to get a ride home or just wait a couple hours.

Tha staff was great as usual, but my loaner car was not. The car was a lively RX, but a few miles down the road I realized all 4 tires were low, 27 and 28 psi. I stopped at a Valero station to fill the tires, but the air pump was not working right and as I tried to put air in, it let air out. I have filled tires enough to know how to do it correctly. So I realized I was not in a good place as the tire got o 18. I was able to go a bit further to another station and fill all 4 above 30. A very frustrating way to start my trip. Lexus has always been so great since my first car in 2019.
Lexus always provides first class service and today was no exception.

Roberto was great! He was extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. He is the type of rep that I expect from Lexus, he did everything right. When he was occupied on the phone, he paused and invited me to get snacks while I waited. He greeted me with a smile and pulled my car around for me. When I purchase a Lexus it’s not just the car I am buying but the high quality service mentioned above.
It took a little longer to complete but it’s not too bad. Thank you so much.
